Photohunt: Stir
This is a favorite Filipino dish known as Nilagang Bulalo or Beef Marrow Stew. It causes a stir in the palate and among friends and family while savoring its wonderful taste. It is one of the delicious dishes that many love, and has a few versions of it in some parts of the country.

ReplyDeleteIt looks delicious. How come I wasn't served this dish when I visited my Filipino friends in Manila? I tried the popular chicken adobo, milk fish and pandesal bread. :)
ReplyDeleteoh, that's a miss, ECL, big time! ha ha when you visit again, you have to ask them to take you to a resto that serves this dish, or ask one of them to cook for you. :D
