A good friend of mine does exactly that with the Sydney Olympic Park, but I guess they deal more than just the park but rather the whole environment aspect of the state. I imagine it could get a bit daunting and often under resourced.
You must be very good with details, Bing. I can work with details up to a point but probably wouldn't do well in a job that is really detail-focused. Taking photographs probably helps you balance that side with creativity.
