Starting the day not right is not right. But as always and maybe this is part of the whole package, there will be moments when we are dragged towards disgust. We then become thankful that this does not linger long because we don't want them to.
I chose to be silent and love him still.

ReplyDeletewhen things go wrong i always tell myself that i have a choice. i can choose to be grumpy and affected by the situation or i can choose to smile and let it pass. and most often than not, i choose the latter.

I agree with themildbrew, we have the power to give meaning to every circumstance that comes our way, as well as the power to choose how it'll affect us. I'd also usually allow it to pass.

The best thing though is we have mind and heart. our mind (sometimes, all the time, maybe..)obeys the heart, because of love.

hi, janixia, it is always better to choose the latter. also, if i choose to be grumpy, that would just complicate the situation. as long as i have that capacity to understand, it will always be making things turn out ok, if not really better.
