So, these are memes...

Pardon me but I am what you call ignorant sometimes. I have been seeing the word meme when I saw these question-and-answer activities propagating the bloglandia but I do not really know what a meme is. I tried one time to find the word in the dictionary but there is none. And because I was busy (and I am still 'til now,) I was not able to surf the net about it. Only now. Here is an exact definition. You can also find lots of memes in that site.


My apologies to Major Tom for not being able to attend to this ASAP. Busy, busy, no time to ‘stand and stare’! But thanks for tagging me twice, it is such an honor ;-).

THE SECOND MEME - Six Weird Things About Me



  1. I talk alone in the CR when stressed out

  2. One can’t force me to utter a single word if I dont feel like talking or specially when I am mad.

  3. I cant sleep at night without the TV on.

  4. I find myself sometimes staring at people (yea, I know it’s rude).

  5. I cant look in the eye anyone (in person) i admire.

  6. I dont eat ube, even if it’s only a flavor.

    You can't sleep without the television on? So who turns it off when you're already asleep? Your hubby?

    he sets it at 15 or 30 mins. the tv has a timer. :-)

    Thanks for responding well Bing...I feel like we have a lot in common especially like the TV on while sleeping and talking while using the CR...that's too much stress sometimes...like why the hell the water ain't running so well.

    I wish that children's book plan would push thru coz I know you can do it with your writing prowess...

    you do those, too? wow, meron din pala akong kapareho ha ha i thought sleeping while the tv's still on is very weird. i hope, too, that someday that dream of writing stories will come true, major tom.

    i forgot to add, 'for a time', nico. so that will be 'I cant look in the eye anyone (in person) i admire for a time'. i find it vey awkward to look in the eye people i admire. i am afraid my stares will give me in he he as to Papsie's case, our love story is different, we started as friends and when things developed between us, i started not looking in his eyes. but that was only for a while. 'sa mata nakikita', di ba? mas may kilig pag may titig ha ha ha

    yes, i dont, mmylei. there's this particular flavor in the ube na di ko matipuhan along with strawberry-flavored foods.

    para pa lang ako, di rin makatulog ng walang tv. mabuti na lang yung tv ko sa room is also my PC. i use a TV tuner card kasi. i plug an earphone sa PC so i can continue watching without disturbing my wife's sleep. when i'm about to sleep i swtich off the monitor (not the PC) and leave the earphone in my ear so i can still hear sound from the TV tuner. ewan ko ba, i just can't sleep when it's too quiet.

    talking alone and not liking ube, those i found strange.

    I don't like ube either but I love strawberry-flavoured anything.

    I'll fall asleep while watching TV on the couch, but I don't like the TV on when I'm really trying to sleep. No TV in the bedroom for me. :)

    i also find it weird before not liking ube when everyone in my barkada love it.. but it's me! di mo pa ba nararanasan magsalita mag-isa, ku?
