ReplyDeleteSorry for the long absence. As you might have read on my blog, I had a lot of problems with my computer so it was difficult to blog-hop. I am happy I've finally gotten to yours - happy new year, kahit late it comes with all my warmest wish for you and your family.
The "qualifications" that you listed for your future Romeo reminded me of a good friend. When she was single, she used to joke that she wanted to marry a "Kano" (American). She married quite late but when she did, she married someone who was shorter than she is and so she said, she never thought that instead of a "Kano", she'd marry someone who is "kano-bo" ... this word, in our dialect, means "short".

we tend to be so idealistic when we we're young and realize later that what we need is not a bright mind that speaks but a heart that listens. i found a friend in my husband, and though he lacks some things that i so wanted before, there are more about him that i didnt expect to learn...
